More newb ?s
Hi
Is it normal for the tranny to get up to operating temp ALOT quicker than the engine getting up to operating temp? Just going by the factory gauges... Is it normal to have some white stains outside of the coolant cap? Is it normal to have a bunch of gunk on top of the motor right behind the fan? Thanks, Patrick |

Don't know about the rest but I do know my tranny warms up much faster than the engine temp.
white stains outside the coolant cap- are they also on the hood and everything else in that area, that would be normal if you are having egr or head gasket problems ![]() I think pictures might help folks see exactly what you are talking about. |
