Spare 6.0 for $1200?

Ran across a deal where I can pick up a 2004 6.0 complete with FICM, harness, alt, AC, turbo, etc for 1200. I was thinking of keeping some parts as spares, but also thinking of selling some of the unnecessary parts to recoup some of the cost. You think this is a good deal? What would you all keep on hand just in case? What parts sell decently enough to make this worthwhile?

Tell me where it is..... I have been wanting a spare fo awhile to put on a stand and do some thing too.....

Yeah, same thing I was thinking... It is here local in SoCal. Friend of a friend kind of deal. Want some of the parts, but really don't have that kind of expendable cash laying around. Decisions decisions. My couch is rather comfortable though...

Even if the engine doesn't run, that's a great deal! You could use all the spare parts as cores for aftermarket upgrades or sell them outright and easily recoup that cost. Good luck!

PS. You sound like you will need a good comfortable couch...
