Can I get some opinions on this truck?

This truck is local... this guy seems to have high mileage trucks from dealer trades, etc... ive read here that the early 6.0's had their bugs or whatnot, and should be ok once they get some decent mileage on them. Ive seen my fair share of 250k+ miles on the 7.3s... but yet on any 6.0's.
Basically... in short, Im looking at extending my search to include the 6.0 PSD's as well in the 100k mile general area.

price is flexible... ive seen his past sales go for about 2-3K under what he listes them for. im not actually in a position right this moment to buy, just looking for feedback, etc.
any idea what kinda of fuel economy a stock heigh 6.0 will put down on stock tires... city? hwy?

You're going to hear anywhere from 12 to 20 mpg. My trick as per my signature averages 13.5 - 14.5 in stop and go city driving. It does about 18 on the highway. Overall I would guess you are looking at about 15 to 16 mpg depending on your driving style and how much stop and go you do. I guarantee you the mileage will drop off by as much as 2 mpg in the winter if you live in a cold climate.

I just bought an 04 with 117000 on her and the interior is mint. Same body as the one in the link except mine is DSG. I deff wouldnt be scared about a 100,000 mile diesel. BTW i paid a little over 17k for mine and it runs like a champ

20 thousand for a truck thats 4 years old with a 131,000 miles I think I would have to pass this truck and look for a different one.

My truck was a special edition and I paid ALL IN ALL around 21k for a 4 year old truck at the time, with 100k on it.

And, if I can't drive it, I won't buy it. Pics and promises don't do any good when you have to fix it. Just my opinion.
