Dry starts

Is there a way to prevent dry starts? I know that if the eng isn't ran in a long time oil will slowly seep out a lil too much of the hp and lube lines.

My truck is great, Im early or on top of maintenance and care. Just wondering if there is a direction I can take to aid in preventing dry starts in the lube lines or the hp lines.
