Is This Normal?

Well someone made a comment about my high idle, just wondering if everyone else's took this long to get up to the 1200?

Mine was a lot faster then that when I had it, but Im not sure if thats bad or not.

Mine jumps immediately to 1200. It does not climb but it take a good second or two before it will jump up.

lol but mine was on a 05 with the uplifter switches so idk if that makes a difference.
