Weight of Engine(s)

Does anyone know the weight of the 7.3 6.0 and 6.4 engines? What about the new 6.7 (not really interested in that one as much, but would be neat to know for comparison)

I have a crazy idea in mind and need to know weight.

The 7.3 is lighter than a 6.0 at 930lbs dry. The 6.0 is marginally heavier at about 1050, and I'm not sure about the 6.4.
