Recon Light Problems!

Has anyone else experienced problems with their RECON LED lights?

My 3rd brake light is malfunctioning, and it's driving me crazy. My wife bought this for me for my birthday, and now the cargo lights flash like crazy, and 2 of them are totally out.

I emailed Recon Customer service last week, with a description of my problem and a picture attached. They said they would look up my order, but haven't gotten back to me yet.

I'm frustrated to say the least. These aren't cheap LED's.

UPDATE -- Ryan in customer service is an awesome guy to deal with. He more than made this right. I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

I have their interior LED's, and was about to order a set of smoked clearance lights for my brothers Dodge -- Not now

Anyone have any pull with these guys?? I just want them to make this right.

I've come to the conclusion that most led stuff is junk. (Not calling out Recon in particular) Pathetic, considering that they have next to nothing in these parts

I had a led clearance light out and I called them, they sent me one out real fast. I would just call.

I also had a bad experiance with Recon lighting. Ill never buy that junk again

my 3rd brake light has done the same thing.... 3 lights are completely out after they were blinking like crazy for a couple months.

I have their interior lights. One of the map lights started fashing a few months ago so I called them and they sent another one. Then last month another one went out so i called them but they made me pay 15 bucks for one map light. I have their LED cab light bulbs and they have been ok so far.

Two of my cab lights have a mind of their own, not to mention the cheap flaking paint that makes it look horrible. All this happened within two weeks of installing, not too happy.

My 3rd brake light is doing the same thing.
I need to call them on monday.
