Oil Changed/ Valve train chatter

I recently changed my oil to Mobile 1 Turbo Diesel. My truck does like the change performance wise but I am certain that I can hear a noticeable difference in regards to valve train chatter. It is louder than normal.

Anyone else running Mobile 1 Turbo notice this?

Also, This was my first change, I am more curious to know what the next change will do once I flush out more of the Motorcraft type.
