03 6.0 Injectors???

Ok lately my truck has been blowing alot of white smoke when I start it in the morning and continues to do so until it warms up. I had my friend check for codes and 2 of the injectors are showing up. So would it be best to just change the two injectors or change them all being that they are the crappy 03 injectors. If I were to change them all I might want aftermarket ones .

If the two injectors for which you got codes are on the same bank, I would probably change all four on that side.

If both valve covers have to come off, I'd probably just change out the two since changing out 6 injectors unnecessarily is a lot of extra money.

It was number 6 and 8. Do I want to replace them with 03 injectors or will other years work?

Other years will work as long as they are 6.0 specific. When I fixed my injector problem I just changed out the ones that were bad. You can tell off the reader how open the injectors are, ie, 80% and so forth. Just replace what needs to be replaced unless you wanna shell out 800-1k+ for stockers or 1500-3000 for aftermarket.

Yes, other years will work (and are preferred). Replace them with the latest injectors (xxxxxxxC95 is the part number, IIRC).

Read this over, might be of interest... 6.0L Powerstroke Injectors

Thanks for the replies. I guess I will just go with the two for now. I need to get this done because it ran like crap the other day and it was only 55 degrees
