Found a free half-gift.

I was climbing around under my truck today loking for an odd sound culpret, when low and behold, I found a line for a pyro off the bottom drivers side manifold. Its a full stainless sheathed line (two wire) that runs up to behind my airbox, taped off, nice and neat. just waiting for a gauge. I say its a half gift because at least I dont have to do the tapping of the manifold, but I didnt receive the gauge that goes with it. On the down side, I think I am going to have to replace ball joints soon.

Saweet....Check the side of the tranny for a sending unit with no wires on it! That's what I found on mine too, and was 1/2 happy to see it. I don't have to do it now, but I think it also means she was not the "virgin" I was told she was.......

To be honest with you if I was selling my truck tomorrow I wouldn't mention anything about having a sct on it. I think most of the time when you are buying a used vehicle you cant believe anything the previous owner tellls you.
