Liberator, from what I've read, also has a good reputation.

I'm sure the FDCP would be the same cost as the Liberator if they didn't use a completely new and modified intake.

Don't get me wrong man, I'd love the FDCP, Adam is a great guy and has gone out of is way to help me understand the whole system and I really appreciate it. If someone was giving me money to spend on it, it'd be a different story. Unfortunately, my 20 hour a week job isn't allowing me to get the 'best'.

GDS makes a good kit have it on my truck 5,000 miles since install. It also comes with intake gaskets and o-rings $408.00 to my door that includes overnight shipping!! Would have been free shipping if not had it shipped overnigt. Some kits do not have the intake gasket set. Modified my up pipe myself!!

Ok im interested too but kinda interested to the situation... i have access to a welder and all the necessary tools to get the job done myself.. but i don't really know what to weld or what that is stopping... if i weld or block the up-pipe that is just going to stop the exhaust flow right? but that doesn't stop coolant flow? what do you do about the coolant flow? and what is this stuff about it eventually breaking or busting over time?

Yeah they are reuseable but it sure would suck if you had a leak and had to tear it apart again. Plus if you are doing this on a weekend you would be screwed on getting gaskets on a sunday afternoon. So I thought it was worth putting in the new gaskets

When you get in there and look at it, it is very clear what needs to be done. You arent welding the uppipe shut, you are welding the opening for the EGR cooler shut.

Ruben, strokepower above you made that post because in between post there was a spammer on here that posted all kinds of stuff up, that post has been deleted, to not cause confusion, stroke powers should have been deleted too.
