can i hear the turbo when accelerating?

Hi everyone I have a 04 f350sd crew 4x4 with a 6.0 international motor. When i come off a stop light.and pasenger window is down i hear what sounds like the turbo spooling up. It's not loud and i think it sounds cool lol. But i'm not shure if I should be hearing such a noise . Do i have a seal out around the turbo , or can i be happy with my cool noise . Thanks raffter.

its completely normal. if you straight pipe your truck you'll hear a lot more of it
