Its only cool to smoke people out or blow lots of smoke, which ever you want to do, IF you can back it up... Just get the SCT and then if it doesn't smoke enough for your liking try a smoke switch.

the smoke switch will not work with a stock truck. all the smoke switches do is break the circuit to the vgt solenoid causing loss of boost resulting in black smoke. the stock pcm program will register the loss of boost and cut back fuel to compensate.

forddieseldoctor is right. I tried it (unplugged vgt) with stock tuning and got nothing.... Get an SCT with Innovative's X-Street and you will get all the smoke you want. Just have fun with while being responsible. Please.

Also, the CUSTOM tunes (SCT) (the ONLY ones I would run) are not available in shift on the fly like the 7.3 and the Banks chips have. However, with X-Street, I get the best mpg (as long as you stay out of it mostly) but then drop the hammer and you're GONE!
