How far to push without studs?

My 2003 F250 has 126k on her now since my last trip.

I work out of my truck as a Insurance Adjuster, and I also tow for a race team all over the country.

My truck is quite stock, straight piped exhaust ( not kitty or muffler) and I took off my Edge because of what I found out about it.

Anyways, I tow a 32 foot halmark dual axle trailer, inside is a 2005 Evo 8 that weighs 2750 lbs.

I want to get my studs soon as well as my EGR delete but I am currently not doing well money wise. I don't want to warp my heads, if I have to I will sell my M3 to get a bunch of work done on my truck.

Suggestions?
Also, those who tow quite a bit what mods have you done to increase mileage and or reliability?

Spend about 500 on an SCT with CUSTOM tunes. You can get an economy, tow, and street tune. You will love it. And as long as you are rsponsible with it, your head gaskets should be safe.

I am running Eric's extreme Street and Cale's 140hp Tune on my truck with stock HGs and EGR and it is doing fine. Also, you need to get you at least an EGT gauge

It really just depends. For me, I am pushing my truck pretty far. I have an Intake, exhaust and a custom tunes SCT with a extreme tune that I run everyday. All of this is on stock bolts with the egr and I do not drive it easy. The custom tuned sct will increase your fuel mileage a good bit.

What kind of fuel mileage are you getting with everything? I do go good to get 16 in town and 17ish on the interstate running 70. (RPM's right at 2000)

I get about 15 on average. This is playing around and going fast. I took a long trip to Florida July 4 and was going anywhere from 80-100mph the whole way. I was getting 18.6mpg even with those speeds. Pretty good if you ask me
