Best all round "E" rated performance truck tire for our Canadian climate?

I am sure that somewhere this thread has been beaten to death..but here goes anyway. I have a 2007 F350 HD PS super crew that I use for towing my car, boat, sleds, friends horse trailer and general use throughout the year but not as a daily driver, I have less than 40,000 kms on it. Using my stock Harley wheels (20 inch) I will be mounting 35's, which tire is the best available for my needs with the very important western Canadian climate i.e. significant amounts of RAIN and of course plenty of snow, freezing temperatures, mountainous terrain etc. playing a deciding factor in the above.

I just thought I would put this question all of you very well informed forum members and see what we come up with. Thanks in advance for all of your input!

I've had Dura grapplers on my Ex for over a year ~15k miles.

Very impressed with them, as were the guys at the tires shop when I took them in for my last rotation.

Dura Grapplers Look them up on Tirerack.com to look at the ratings

They were designed around light duty trucks, pulling loads, and also are supposed to score well in the snow, rain and ice. I just got a set, adn I love them, other than a little balance issue, but I'm going to get some Centrematics wheels balancers
