Reliability?

How reliable would my 6.0L be if I do an egr delete, head studs, and ran sct tunes. I am a little over 50,000 on the clock, Could i make it to 100,00 thousand without any major trouble?

Thanks

From what I hear, studding, HPOP T Fitting mod ( V pumps only), egr delete, good tunes (SCT), and re routing some of the wiring (chaffing issues), cures most of the newer 05 and up 6.0 problems. The earlier 6.0 also had more issues with HPOP and injectors.

You could hit 100k without that stuff, you're probably going to be looking at well over 200k if you do those things (without issues that is). The 6.0 is a great engine, but the EPA MADE it unreliable

yes, that is true, but earlier hpops had other problems. That is why that went to V 4 style pump from the older swash plate style. I should clarify this.
