whats a good coolant filter system? Ive been told a head studded, egr blocked 6.0 is as reliable as a 7.3

does any one have an idea of what kind of hp/tq numbers with extreme tunes


how much of a wow factor is there from me going from edge j/a to a sct with custom tunes

Make wire the heads aren't warped and there is always the possibility of scoring the cylinders. Me and 2 other local guys in my area have had our 6.0's score.

I am going to have the heads milled and magnafluxed. How do the check the cylinders for score

Look in the cylinders with a flashlight and while the heads are off. This is scoring:

I'd say its from the coolant in the cylinders washing the oil from the walls and: lack of lube= friction = scoring

Tough to say thoough, could also be a factory defect or something
