Exhaust smell in cab?

Anyone else get an exhaust smell in the cab if the truck is stopped and idling? If the HVAC is set to off or Max A/C I don't get it.

I did on my 05. Some times were worse than others. It was my first diesel so I thought it might be the nature of the beast. But I don't know.

I figured it was an exhaust leak. I'll take a look around all the coupling points...

ya mine does it in the morning even with the A/C and heater off.........
