Intake and straight pipe. Depending on when your truck was built, you may have the right turbo - the '03 6.0's used a turbo with fewer vanes which were much, much noisier as far as whistle. Several guys on here have swapped out their newer turbos for 03's - considering doing it myself.

2005 SC Lariat FX4
AFE intake
Superchips Flashpaq
4" turbo-back MBRP cat delete
Ranch Hand front replacement
315 BFG A/T's on stock rims
Rhino liner
Spit cup in console cupholder (driver's side)

I wouldn't try that. If you want whistle get an 03 turbo and straight pipe your exhaust.
