Egr unplugged question
dumb question....been searching but cant find the anwser. what if i were to unplug my egr valve, and plug in a 2nd to the connecter to avoid a cel? i know some pressure might open the valve back up, but does it decrease the amount of crap soot going into the motor?

unfortunatly i cant afford to lose my warranty, just wanted to know if that method decreases soot going into the motor, and perhaps slightly better mpg?? also would unplugging it screws anything up??

unplugging it will most likely give you a code. Save your pennies and buy a full egr delete

unplugging it and letting it not function properly , will probably cause more soot build up
