Another noob question on an 04

I'm looking at a package trade deal, and it includes an 04 powerstroke. I've always heard horror stories on the 6.0, but after reading on here they mat not be so bad. Here's a quick and brief run down on the truck:

2004 F350 XLT Supercab W/ 79K miles

4" Pro Comp lift kit
16" Mickey Thompson beadlock rims
35" Dick Cepeck tires 90% tread
4" Bully Dog turbo back exhaust

My question is, aside from the usual stuff to check, is there a 6.0 check list of things that may be wrong that's easy to pick out?
