I uses Valvoline. Either that or Motorcraft. Also be sure to use MC filters.

I use rotella 15w-40 in my 6.0 I bought the truck used with 72,000 miles and just changed the oil this morning at a 107,100 and no problems. I have also only used rotella in my diesel tractors with no problems.

its all marketing,.. i've used rotella and cant bad mouth it. i use motorcraft just because its what the dealer uses and its more affordable. either way, change it at regular intervals no matter what flavor and you're golden.

Oil

I run val blue in my truck and I never had any problems with using it. Great oil. I also run wix oil filters. Both mc oil and filters are good product, but I get the other products very cheap through by buisness. Other comments from other post state the truth that if you change your oil and filter often with most of the name brand products you should be good. This is all just my thoughts hope that it helps.
