How hard would this be?

I saw this on ebaY today, it says its an 03 that has been modified to look like an 09. How hard would this conversion be?

Dont think it would be that bad. If you could aford the parts off of a 08.
Just put it back together. It has pretty much the same body and frame. I know the beds bolt on and match up the front should too.

All that changes is just the fenders, grille, headlights, hood, and bumper right? Tailgate, mirrors, and rear bumper are optional I guess.

Do you know if the parts he added to convert it are bolt on?

It wouldn't cost that much would it? Just find a wrecked 08, take off the parts, add them to your truck, paint them, and sell the takeoffs. And you get a 2008 exterior.
