egr delete

I will be doing one very soon.. and who on the org would yall recommend to do this.. ill travel about anywhere from ohio to florida... i would like to support one of org sponsors if that makes sense....if someone has a recomendation please let me know...thanks

we have a full egr delete kit and we do installs, our full EGR delete kit runs 630.00 and install is 500.00 including an oilc change and coolant. I would tell you to look at our website for pictures and info, but unfortunaly its down and I dont know hen it will be back. So for the mean time, here are some pictures of what we offer:






we take a stock manifold and remove the EGR valve and weld the hole closed,we remove the EGR cooler and reroute it, we also include a solid up pipe that removes the flex section and the "y" thats on the stock EGR up pipes. With our kit you have no EGR components left. We star with a clean intake manifold thats is pressure washed, hot tanked and media blasted then finished with a clear powder coating. All of our parts come with a lifetime warranty.

Last month, my '05 PSD was in the shop for warranty head gasket replacement at 52,000 miles. My dealer suggested that I block off the EGR cooler & install head studs while we had the engine apart (awesome dealer!). I quickly needed the parts since my truck was taking up space at the dealer & Adam got them shipped out to Iowa the next day. The EGR cooler was still good, so they installed FCDP's up-pipe & used the included plug to block off the back of the EGR cooler. We left the EGR valve in place. Since I have an '05, I got the nagging check engine light & code for "EGR flow." I bought the SCT tuner & now that is fixed as well. Adam has been quick to answer questions before and after the sale & just today got back to me within 5 minutes on some SCT transmission shift settings. Thanks Adam!
