IPR Valve O-Ring Damaged (pics)
So I took out the IPR Valve during my HPOP adventures yesterday, and I found this on the O-ring. I don't think this was caused by me taking it out, based on the way the gouge looks. My question is, would this cause low oil pressure over time. It looks like it was a result of improper threading, so probably happened when the thing was installed. I have been getting 270 PSI at 180 or so RPM for ICP, would this be a/the cause?
