Fuel Pressure
Wanting to get a fuel pressure gauge installed.....what kind of fuel pressure does a 6.0 produce at the filter on top of the motor.....website has a drilled and tapped cap for 80 bucks.....need to know the PSI....

The best place to take a fuel PSI reading is from the test port in the side of the fuel bowl. I got a hose from Diesel Manor that works great.
As far as PSI to should be be about 50-55 psi + or - 5 psi and not below 40 psi or you can start to cook injectors.
