high millage

For the 6.0 can you tell me what you have done and has happened to your 6 to get the high mileage you have now???

Preferably over 300,000. 200 is OK.

I'm still on my way to 100K and am on engine #3

I see as a few will make it to 300K miles untouched but I'm sure alot are gonna have a headgasket job or EGR replacement before 300K. Just keep up on maintance.

maintenance, maintenance, maintenance, diligent on oil changes and fuel filters, and don't beat on it. that doesnt mean dont use it, just dont beat on it. we had numerous 6.0's with over 200k at my old job, with minimal repairs. and these were used to tow heavy daily, idled constantly, etc.

180,000 and is runing great with not that many problems

ya with the 6.0 its going to be hard.
My plan is to get amsoil with their bypass, egr, straight pipe and sct
