what wrong with my truck

i have a 06 6.0 with 10,000 miles stock prefromace wise other than no cat. i havent driven it in about a week but yesterday i was driving and crusing about 60 mph and got on it alittle and nothing no topend power no drop down a grear it just creeps up to about 80 and stops even if the pedal is on the floor. i no this is not the norm. it still has all the lowend balls that it always has had. airfilter is clean and oil has been changed. what wrong with the truck?

turbo sticking due to lack of use ,take it in have em pul codes ,i bet it has a p0299 in system
