Looking at possibly buying an 04 F250 Ex Cab 4x4 with the 6.0, it has around 150k on it and I am wondering if all the 6.0 problems should be worked out on it now or if they are just beggining. Any info would be appreciated.
well, that depends on how well it was maintained, whether it's been studded, had the EGR deleted, whether it's been babied or rode hard and put away wet. I'd say run an OASIS report on it, and check it out thouroghly. here's a link: What to look for when buying a used 6.0L

i have an 04 and it gets ragged on sometimes and hasnt had any major problems yet it had a no start problem once but i cant remember what it was but that was almost 60,000 miles ago not a problem since
Have an 04 with 141k on it. I havent had one problem (minus having to rebuild the frontend) Had my buddy run an oasis before i bought it and it didnt have any problems with it at all, nothing major anyway
