Hmmm

Well everyon ive talked to that has blown up there engine has been doing somehting stupid, like towing on the highst setting, or driving on highest setting for like 60,000 km which I intend not to do, I don have acess to sct tuns that ar in Maryland, I liv in Canada and dont trust the guys at NADP i baby this truck and a chip would be the last upgrade, ive decided against an intake since I was told the stock intake was good up til 500 hp, thanks guys! so knowing that would you guys still avoid the diablo? this truck wont be a track or pulling truck more like a city queen haha oh and I have warranty to 150k

For a chip NADP will try to sell you an off the shelf tuner....thats a big money maker for them.
You can still get SCT custom tunes here too you know.

buying the diablosport was a big waste of money for me I was not that impressed and it shifted sloppy.

where are you?

IM in edmonton now, but driving home to ontario for holidays this weekend, will be back to edmonton though. Ya it seems like SCT has a programmer, the way i interpreted everyone was you had to go in and get a tune set up, which I wanted to avoid because if I have warranty issues I want to be able to put it back to stock tune.

No you dont have to go in, you buy the tuner with no tunes on it, read your strategy, then you email who ever you want tunes from and when the tunes are done they send them back to you via email.

Then you load them onto the tuner and onto your truck.

You could also borrow someone's tuner and get your strategy and buy the tuner with the 3 tunes already loaded in it. I already had one for my other truck and used it to get the code and ordered one from Eric at Innovative.

I'm down in Calgary....(I can't belive that I'm trying to help a guy from Edmonton) I just got some tunes from Elite Diesel and had no problem getting them and installing them. I bought my SCT SF3 from Western Motorsports in town here.
Give them a call and I'm sure that they would even ship you up one. Then just call one of the tuners on here and give them ur truck info and you will be off to the races!!!

Just buy the SCT X3 from NADP. They use IDP for the custom tunes. I just bought one from them a couple months ago and then talked to Eric for custom tunes.
