$5 bucks a gallon

is it true? did anyone here that gas was going up to $5/ gallon?

No, but I don't doubt it. Until obama and his cronies let us drill we are going to be paying big bucks for fuel and I think right now that will kill the economy.

Not really. Its not like its something that we can just do without. People will be buying it no matter what of its price.

Yes but people will have to buy gas instaed of all the other spending they would normally do. And gas that much scares alot of people, and they don't make larger purchases. They tend to hold on to their money vs. Spending it. Not to mention that when fuel prices go up, consumer goods pricing goes up. So you get screwed twice. And alot of people are already on the edge of going broke.
