Well we could fool them all ..and just buy 20 percent less than you would have bought otherwise.
I once did some contracting work at a large truck stop....I was fixing a computer server. As soon as I got things working for them....the first thing they did was go on the net ...to see their competetors fuel price. What good are price fixing laws in a case like this?
