The good news:
Oil just went under $90/barrel. You can afford to fill up now. The bad news: You're getting laid off due to the banking crisis. You can't afford to fill up. Some days, a guy just can't win... |

if its under 90 a barrel, then why is diesel still 4 a gal

oh and can fill both tanks for 160

Because of greed that our government is unwilling to check. Oil prices are down 40%, yet diesel and gas prices have only dropped 17-20%, and diesel is still generally 50-60 cents more than gas. I'm in Houston right now, and the difference is even greater. Diesel is $3.95 on this side of town and gas is $3.09.

its funny how it can go up so fast over night but takes weeks for it to come back down when it drops

yea most around here are 389 but walmart just went to 377 day before yesterday

Diesel is $3.95, reg, is $3.43, heating oil is $3.74. What I don't understand is 25 mile up I95 Diesel is still$3.95 but reg, is $3.17.
