found the following article on yahoo. it's about time that the pricing is coming down by a good amount. please note, part way thru the article, someone decided to "speculate" that the $$ per barrell would hit $100 in the next few weeks. should've been doing that the whole time.

so we should see a price drop at the pump right??? yeah maybe a penny here and a penny there..... its amazing that when oil goes up, we see 5 to 10 cent jumps at the pump, but when the oil goes down we see pennies if that.......... what a crock..

Yea, downward "sticky" pricing is BS. They should lower just as fast as they raise...at the same time, they raise to plan for expected rises.. then try to sell the risen cost when the future price goes down. Unfair, but what else can you do?

Fuel should be the same as it was the last time oil was 125/barrel when next week rolls around...so whatever it was in May-ish is hopefully what we'll be paying next month. For me, I think thats 380ish? We'll see.

Oil will go down, we've majorly decreased consumption, plus the speculation has gotten a little slower (at least the media's hand in it has been less...) Same thing happened to gold....insane rise, then drop....then slowly rise again. We'll probably drop to 100 and then settle back at 115-120, thats my prediction. Dont hold me to it, its just a feeling.

Round here diesel ranges anywhere from 4.50 a gallon, to 5.02 a gallon. Last Sunday I took a trip up north, and pulled into a gas station that was 4.98 a gallon. Wife pointed out the place across the street was 4.69. I thought score, but when I pulled up, it was LSD NOT ULSD. Needless to say, while I was planning on putting 75 in, I filled er up for $170 worth! LOL
