This is interesting reading. I have been following this for the last week or so. That first article puzzles me though. I don't really understand much about the Technical Support Agreements and what that means if they aren't signed. I know it will be a great thing if the major oil companies can get in there and start getting some oil out.

I look forward to more great news.
