I watched it drop over the weekend in Tyler, TX. Went from 4.19 to 4.15, and then found a place for 4.09. Found it for 3.98 on the way home around livingston. havent looked to see what it is at home though since i got back yesterday. Will have to do that today. It dropped last week also at the walmart in Lamarque from 4.09 to 4.02.
