yea, I filled up monday for 3.19 / gal. today on the way home it was 3.59 / gal. that off road diesel we just got delivered to the fire station is looking better and better. If I could justify buying a tank, I would drop it off at the station and they could fill them both at the same time. something to think about.

do you think the increase has anything to do with the refineary catching fire in texas the other day? or could it be the "changing of the guard" in cuba?

part of the price increase was caused by the fire. but other issues are that OPEC is considering slowing production for the spring and summer driving seasons. also Oil settled at over 100 dollars per barrel...... a new record to go along with the record profits. get ready to bend over!!!!

I never said they were not good people. I hate to see anything burn like that causing destruction to the Earth, job layoffs, psychological problems, health problems for the workers there and the fire fighters trying to put the fire out, etc. I meant that now that product could not be put into service, there would be less supply with the same demand to equal higher prices be it gas or diesel.
