If we allow the dollar to fall more, we will be seeing $4 diesel by April. It could be worst. In Scotland it is $8 or higher right now.

You guys are lucky. Diesel is currently $1.25 per liter in the cheapest state for fuel in Australia and up to $1.35 in others. That's over AUD $5.00 per gallon! [equates to about US $4.50 ]

yeah, the cheverons here have been raising the price a nickle at a time on diesel only, gasoline stays the same as usual, pretty much every night it goes up 5 cents. cant figure out why. maybe its the heating oil thing i dint know. its gone up like 30 cents in a week or so. all the stations here get their fuel from the local refinery in SLC, so i dont know why there is such a huge price difference from staion to station, i guess someone decided they needed us to line their pockets so they can take a vacation!

supply and demand.low supply as always, and high demand right now ,with the norrheast loading up on home heating fuel(#1 Diesel)kerosene and the farmers harvesting their fields with their big *** combines that burn alot of diesel.and there you have the yearly spike in diesel prices.and there are people who make alot of money every year playing the futures market.deal with it
