Nevada might do away with fuel taxes

And charge per mile driven....because of fuel effeciant cars and electrics
im just going to disconect my speedo

i bet you could get lower insurance since the yearly millage is extreamly low

explain this to me please. they're gonna start taxing you on miles driven? i'm confused, but i hope that doesn't mean what i think it does!
