4.0 SOHC inter. no start

So my girls 03 Sport Trac 4.0 4x2 has a very intermittent so start condition. When she cranks it nothing happens. Says she pushes the pedal halfway while cranking and sometimes it starts that way. Other times she has to let it sit for a minute and try again. When it does start, it runs poorly for about 10 seconds. It doesnt set a code, or by the time i get a scanner it has cleared itself. It only happpens when its about 30 degrees or under, parked outside all day. I couldnt find any TSB's that pertain. Anybody have any ideas???

possible low fuel pressure.
possible MAP sensor.
possible TPS sensor.

So I will get on ondemand and get the specs and test the fuel pressure, map and tps. Thanks Dirk
