f150 straight axle 44 install

i have an 2 wheel drive 82 f150. i'm going to put a dana 44 under it. i have all the brackets, springs, linkage, axles, and everything else off a 78 or 79 150. i already have a good idea of how to do it. i have looked at many different ways on the net. found a realgood one from someone with a full size 80s bronco from a colorado off-road club on put all the stock parts. but out of all of them, none showed how to line up or measure for installing the the radius arm brackets. does anyone know of any sites that have good install directions?
after installing the spring brackets i was just going to put the axle under with the arms on, line it up under the spring brakets, and seeing where the arms and brackets land. i know they will land on the low part of the frame. and yes i know it could hit the engine crossmember but the springs are 8" and for a 390 and are going on under a 302. if it does hit i'll notch the crossmember
