V10 Excursion

i am looking to pick up another rig for a daily driver and have been checking out the Gas Excursions. i have this one lined up. it is a 2001 Limited Excursion with the V10 with only 38000 miles. the guy wants $14,500. it has a 6 inch lift with 37's. does anybody think that is too much, too little or just right? i think it is a hair too much but they will not go any lower as i have knocked a thousand off the price already. thanks in advance for the help and info.

Thats not bad for a price considering the mileage. But the fuel economy is gonna blow

ill put some up if i decide to get the rig. guy says he gets 10 city and 13 hwy and doesnt baby it. so i figure thats pretty good to me. it also has a ram air hood. the reason i like it is it reminds me of the excursion i had in my sig, i miss it and i want to get another one without breaking the bank.

Man I cant believe you want an Excursion for a daily driver, it sounds like a bad azz truck though, minus the gas motor.

I call BS on the milliage unless the supercharger helps in someway. We have a 250v10 with the same lift and tires and it gets about 6-8 on a good day.

i cant wait to test drive it saturday to see what kind of power the supercharger puts out... should be interesting... i drove an excursion as my daily driver for two years and it was great. had to get rid of it cause i needed a truck. tired of driving the truck everyday.

the super charger in the excursion is a kenne belle! any one have any experience with these or supercharged engines at all? i am not sure what to look for or listen for when i go for the test drive.
