5.4 to 6.8 swap

I have a 2003 F250 5.4 6 speed manual trans. with 184,000 miles. shes a tired old pig. I'm seriously considering doing a V10 swap. Has anyone here ever done this? I'm planning on getting a complete V10 with harness and ecu. so far all the ones i've found are auto trans. Will this be an issue with my manual trans? I know it would be a problem for sure if it was the other way around. (auto trans and manual ECU) LUK also shows different part #'s for the clutch and flywheel between the 5.4 and 6.8. so it looks like i need to buy those as well along with the fan shroud for the V10. Is there anything else i would need?
