Help! Identify this part!

What is this part off a 2003 triton v10? We have issues starting it and have replaced almost everything except this. Its on the back of the engine. It has fuel rails going through it. I just need to know what this is called thanks

looks like a vacuum operated fuel valve of some sort probably BS emissions

good luck if u figure it out somewhere else pot the answer

Yeah the two lines on top go to each sides fuel rails so it makes me think its a valve like u said or regulator. Cant figure out how to take it off yet

Yes but i dont think thats what it is
That could be a culprit though and could cause the engine to backfire on crank like it is
