Ranger 2000

2000 Ford Ranger 4x4 3.0

ABS activating towards the end of stop. No bumps and does it all the time no ABS light. When applying brakes and slowing you will have good pedal and then the pedal will go to floor and pulsate as if ABS activates. Replaced all brake hard ware and some lines. Still did not fix. Any help would be great.
THANK YOU

What do you think it would be if no air in lines. It was doing it be fore all the work I did. It is the reason I did the work I did. You would think it would gravety bleed.
