12 Valve in an F150?

Hey y'all how's it going?

Well since I just recently sold my 05 6.0 problem child, i'm now in the market for a new ride.

Browsing the local CL today I found an honestly pretty bad-*** F150 12-valve, NV4500 cummins swap (other than it's step-side and that ugly green color, no offense )

Anyway it's got 8 lug axels and its lifted up quite a bit and this and that. My only concern is the weight of the 12 valve an issue do you guys think?

And yes, of course it's got the dodge tow mirrors. And yes, they, of course, are flipped up

If everything was done properly the weight shouldn't be an issue.
