Navigator heads on an f250?

I have an 03 Lincoln navigator, with a bad 5.4 motor, I've been selling parts off it for the last few months. I was wondering what parts I could use off the Lincoln on my step fathers 01 f250 5.4,
Maybe the heads and computer? I've heard the navigator heads are better than what came in the trucks?

Yes. The Nav is a 4v but you could do an entire swap... PITA!
