what is this all over my oil !!!

Last time I changed my oil in my 01 f150 there was a gel like whitish substance all over my oil cap and some in my oil..I cleaned it up and flushed the motor out...changed the oil and filter of course with full synthetic.( I always use synthetic) ... and its been 2 weeks since and now its worse..I have some pics...does anybody know why this is happening? Or what this is?? My first thought is head gaskets
