I used to own a 02 LS V8 and a 03 LSE with a 5 speed. I worked for a lincoln mercury dealership from 99-06 and repaired/serviced alot of LS's. Id like to have another one now for just a daily driver but its starting to look like a used car lot at my house

My brother had one up until a couple weeks ago, an 01 LS v8. When he bought it in 03 it seemed like a nice car, after a few years it was apparent that it was a lemon. I'm not kidding, that was quite possibly the biggest POS ever invented. Went through coils like candy, heating system problems galore, clock spring went bad, heated seats quit working, window regulators broke a few times. They're a nightmare IMHO... It's very unfortunate, because they're nice looking, riding and handling cars with decent power to boot.
