88 5 sp trans mated to 460

I was wondering which 5 sp trans would be mated to a 460 FI?
T5?????
I am having problems getting it to grab in reverse. It keeps wanting to pop out of gear when I let the clutch out?
Is this adjustable and if so how???

its a zf5 s5-42 model. If reverse is jumping you need a syncro for it. requires a full rebuild by the time you get all the gears stripped off the shaft

That's what I was afraid of. How long will it last like that before it completely takes a dump on me?
